Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, train, retain, and counsel team members while educating them on benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  • •Maintain production by checking daily production orders, ensuring fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, and inventory rotation with proper product coding.
  • •Ensure all workstations are staffed before start-up and that machinery and workstations pass USDA inspection.
  • •Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings.
