Job Summary

Own the end-to-end hardware program schedule for Cerebras’ high-performance AI compute systems and data centers. Drive planning, validation, and implementation of hardware design improvements, manage technical risks, and coordinate hardware changes with software integration. Partner across product management, quality, reliability, supply chain, operations, and procurement to deliver wafer-scale supercomputer deployments in the US and abroad—while improving processes and presenting status to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end program schedule for engineering improvements, including schedules, material plans, and validation plans.
•Set program strategy and requirements with product management, quality, reliability, supply chain, and executive stakeholders.
•Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget.
•Act as the single-threaded owner across product, engineering, supply chain, and software to manage detailed and high-level planning.
•Coordinate sourcing, vendor management, logistics, and cost strategies with supply chain, operations, and procurement teams; present program status and risks to senior leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, electrical/mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•8+ years of technical program management experience focused on hardware, embedded software, and product planning.
•Strong understanding of hardware design processes, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing workflows.
•Strong understanding of the intersection of software and hardware, including how hardware changes affect software workflows.
•Experience managing project priorities across hardware, software, product, and operations teams, with proficiency in tools like MS Project or Smartsheet.
