Job Summary

Support HR employee lifecycle processes for Thailand and Thai-speaking stakeholders within the Global People Services Employee Lifecycle (ELC) team. Handle HR queries with first-line guidance, execute transactions when needed, and act as a Thai language SME for onboarding, changes, and offboarding. Partner with HR experts and internal solutions teams, liaise with Thailand stakeholders, prioritize cases and follow up to SLA closure, and identify continuous improvement opportunities through data and analytics.

•Support ASEAN, North Asia, MENARP & Africa region.
•Provide HR services including handling queries and first-line advice; execute data/system transactions when not possible via self-service or automation.
•Act as a Thai language SME for employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding), including documentation review and employee communication.
•Collaborate with HR business partners, Centres of Expertise, and internal solutions teams to resolve employee queries.
•Prioritize cases and conduct continuous follow-ups/check-ins to ensure closure following the SLA; raise continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university or relevant professional qualifications.
•Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel (e.g., v-lookup, nested if, pivot tables).
•Good knowledge of HR systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactor, and HRIS (advantage).
•Fluency in Thai (spoken and written) to support Thailand market stakeholders and HR processes.
•Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time under pressure with autonomy.
