Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the OTC Global Business Services value stream and end-to-end processes for receiving, processing, and invoicing goods/services
  • •Work in either Business Development (Pricing/Contracts or Proposals/Quotes) or Operations (Sales Order Management or Invoicing)
  • •Create, edit, manage and validate OTC data and system documents with accuracy and timeliness
  • •Communicate with team and internal clients
  • •Participate in continuous improvement and adhere to safety and environmental procedures

Key Requirements

  • •A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 months of experience working in an office environment are required
  • •On-the-job training for OTC processes and systems
  • •Ability to create, edit, manage and validate OTC internal and customer data and system documents with attention to details, accuracy and timeliness
  • •Experience preferred in business development, field operations, or field engineering within the oil and gas industry
  • •Strong communication and willingness to participate in continuous improvement and safety procedures
