Lead the future of the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering team across the GTA by shaping regional strategy, elevating technical excellence, and driving innovation. Key Responsibilities

•Drive regional strategy for M&E services, aligning delivery with WSP’s vision and market demands.
•Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex engineering projects with excellence, efficiency, and compliance.
•Guide advanced M&E system design, digital innovation, and sustainable solutions to champion technical excellence.
•Build trusted client partnerships with key stakeholders and industry bodies across the region.
•Oversee major pursuits and projects ($1M+), contributing to steering committees on high-value engagements; develop future leaders through mentorship and succession planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
•Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation.
•15+ years of progressive experience in M&E engineering, including senior leadership roles.
•Direct Mechanical or Electrical engineering experience in transportation and aviation projects.
•Proven success managing large-scale, multidisciplinary engineering projects.
