Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee 1st line of defense adherence to the Third-Party Risk policy and standards.
  • •Provide 2LOD effective challenge and oversight to program requirements aligned to defined Risk Taxonomies.
  • •Perform objective risk oversight through quality control using defined methodologies and subject matter expertise.
  • •Review, interpret, and disseminate policies and procedures, and establish and document related standards within relevant laws and regulations.
  • •Consult with partners on decisions that could pose risk, communicate advice to managers, and interact with regulators and internal/external auditors as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of third-party risk management, plus basic understanding of related areas (procurement, audit, legal, and regulatory compliance).
  • •Several years of risk management experience, with third-party risk management preferred.
  • •Knowledge of risk management and organizational business strategic goals.
  • •Strong communication and analytical skills to consult with partners, analyze information, and develop compliant policies and procedures.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or qualification in relevant audit, risk management, regulatory, or compliance areas.
