Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and own the global service delivery model for the domain, deciding on onshore/nearshore/offshore split and governance.
  • •Set and independently represent the domain transformation agenda at senior governance level; co-shape TOM 2.0 workstreams and Rapid Productivity efforts.
  • •Analyse operational workflows to identify waste, bottlenecks and automation/AI opportunities using process mining tools and Voice of the Customer inputs.
  • •Define domain performance frameworks (KPIs), monitor trends across locations, benchmark against peers and drive remediation when standards are not met.
  • •Build and lead a global community of practice for harmonisation, mentor Domain Leads, and contribute beyond the primary domain to raise ops transformation standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 75,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years in operational transformation with end-to-end delivery in complex domains and measurable outcomes.
  • •7–10 years working with global service delivery models (onshore/nearshore/offshore), balancing standardisation with justified market differentiation.
  • •Deep expertise in at least one GBO operational domain, connecting operational work to business, regulatory and strategic impact.
  • •Experience leading a community of practice or centre of excellence for demonstrable harmonisation outcomes.
  • •Experience with AI adoption, digital enablement or change management (2–3 years), plus mentoring transformation professionals.
