Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing engineering functions at manufacturing sites by developing and maintaining manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and documentation for parts and assemblies.
  • •Collaborate with design engineering and production suppliers to coordinate manufacturing processes and address moderately complex manufacturing challenges with tooling/process improvements.
  • •Manage NPI launch support and govern sustaining products within manufacturing partners, including supporting product transfers between manufacturing sites.
  • •Analyze data for quality and process control, drive process optimization, yield improvements, and process consistency, and provide technical support for systemic defects, line stops, and quality issues.
  • •Own factory site technical quality metrics and drive metrics improvement (including structural test), enforce SoP and SPC specs through phase gate transitions, conduct audits, and coordinate critical production oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3-4 years of experience in electronics manufacturing engineering or factory roles.
  • •Strong electronics manufacturing process and quality systems knowledge.
  • •Working knowledge of statistical methods in a manufacturing context, including SPC and AQL.
  • •Clarity in documenting issues and persistence in root cause analysis and corrective actions follow-up.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
