Key Responsibilities

  • •Review incoming change requests and/or claims and assign to relevant SMEs.
  • •Lead change approval process for contract changes through applicable governance steps and prepare review materials.
  • •Draft claim response letters, requests for cost proposals, and other correspondence items, obtaining SME and COTR approvals.
  • •Coordinate and support procurement for timely issuance of contract modifications.
  • •Log early warnings and update risk registers, liaise with cost and finance for budget alignment, and provide weekly status updates on changes and claims.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Law, or equivalent, and 10 years of related work experience with 2 years of leadership.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of related work experience.
  • •Experience in transit/infrastructure projects across design, construction, or commissioning, or related field experience.
  • •Experience in construction/engineering management and commercial work, including P6 scheduling, quantum analysis, and budget management.
  • •Professional certifications such as CCM, PMP, or PSP.
