Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute product compliance assessments across global regulations such as RoHS, REACH, ODS, POP, CP-65, and TSCA.
  • •Support end-to-end compliance management, including stakeholder coordination and collecting, validating, and maintaining material declarations.
  • •Perform substance screening and threshold analysis, and maintain compliance records in internal PLM/compliance tools.
  • •Prepare customer compliance declarations and regulatory responses, and support deployment of product stewardship workpackages in new product introductions.
  • •Provide development/support reports and collaborate with customers/stakeholders to track sustainability trends and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics engineering.
  • •0–3 years of experience in sustainability domain and product/technology development for industrial electrical/electronic or chemical products/processes.
  • •Strong working knowledge of sustainability/environmental regulations such as WEEE, EPR, REACH, RoHS, CP65, TSCA, POP, and ODS.
  • •Understanding of eco-design regulations (e.g., EU ErP Directive) and ability to work with product teams to ensure compliance during new product releases.
  • •Ability to work with data and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with added advantage for Excel macros, Python, Power BI/Power Automate, and comfort collaborating across matrix stakeholders.
