Job Summary

Provide L3 cross-technology managed services by proactively identifying, resolving, and preventing complex client incidents. Ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational using monitoring and alerting tools, with accurate logging, analysis, assignment, and escalation. Drive operational improvements through automation and optimization opportunities, create knowledge articles, mentor L2 teams, and support disaster recovery and project delivery while meeting zero missed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents to keep client infrastructure configured, tested, and operational.
•Handle high-complexity tickets with accurate logging, incident analysis, assignment, and escalation while meeting zero missed SLAs.
•Conduct checks, apply monitoring tools, and respond to alerts to identify issues before they become problems.
•Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues and train junior team members to execute them.
•Mentor L2 teams on advanced troubleshooting and support implementation/delivery of projects and disaster recovery functions while adhering to client requirements and timelines.

Key Requirements

•Extensive managed services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
•Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
•Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
•Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
