Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, wire, and modify components for medium- and high-voltage indoor and outdoor assemblies, including breakers and auxiliary compartments.
  • •Work from manufacturing information, electrical and mechanical drawings, and written or verbal instructions to follow established procedures.
  • •Complete ISO, quality, customer, and production checklists, feedback forms, and related documentation.
  • •Mount and install electrical equipment; perform wiring operations; report material shortages via Kanban inventory operators.
  • •Inspect assemblies for secure hardware, complete components, and cleanliness standards; respond to change notices and coach colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Skilled in safe and efficient use of hand tools and pneumatic (air) tools.
  • •No immigration sponsorship or support; must not rely on CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, or other listed statuses (and only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Greenwood, SC are considered).
  • •1 year of industrial manufacturing experience.
  • •SC Manufacturing Certification (SCMC) or equivalent, if available.
