Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and build a Legal and Operations Engineering platform of agents, workflows, and evaluation infrastructure to replace manual legal work.
  • •Own the enterprise contracting automation system end-to-end.
  • •Ship in-product legal surfaces built on Perplexity and Computer.
  • •Consolidate ad-hoc legal bots, prompts, and scripts into an observable, reusable platform with guardrails and human-in-the-loop patterns.
  • •Partner with the General Counsel to translate complex legal workflows into engineered systems and evaluate/replace third-party tools when needed.
