Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to plant operating personnel to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
  • •Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, analyze root causes, and implement solutions to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.
  • •Support preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, failure analysis, and equipment-related activities as needed by the assigned discipline.
  • •Drive yield/process improvements, waste reduction, and cost optimization using data-driven decision making.
  • •Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, technology implementation, and process modifications from planning through completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering majors (Civil/Industrial/Materials).
  • •Graduation date no later than September 2027.
  • •Ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis; no visa sponsorship/support is available, including for a green card process.
  • •No more than two (2) years of relevant full-time work experience post-graduation.
  • •Preferred GPA of 3.0 and enrollment in an ABET accredited program.
