Job Summary

Support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations as part of Diamond Infrastructure Solutions’ Operations organization. Across chemical, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering tracks, you’ll troubleshoot processes, perform preventive maintenance, drive yield and waste-reduction improvements, and help execute capital projects and technology implementations. Work alongside operators, maintenance teams, and engineers in hands-on manufacturing and engineering environments with an early-career focus.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support to plant operating personnel to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
•Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, analyze root causes, and implement solutions to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.
•Support preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, failure analysis, and equipment-related activities as needed by the assigned discipline.
•Drive yield/process improvements, waste reduction, and cost optimization using data-driven decision making.
•Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, technology implementation, and process modifications from planning through completion.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering majors (Civil/Industrial/Materials).
•Graduation date no later than September 2027.
•Ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis; no visa sponsorship/support is available, including for a green card process.
•No more than two (2) years of relevant full-time work experience post-graduation.
•Preferred GPA of 3.0 and enrollment in an ABET accredited program.
