Key Responsibilities

  • •Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, transfers, and cashier’s checks.
  • •Verify and balance cash daily, examine documents for endorsements and negotiability, and detect and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • •Operate online teller terminal and perform night drop and other assigned clerical duties.
  • •Sell traveler's checks, official checks, money orders, and process credit card cash advances while offering other bank products to customers.
  • •Maintain customer privacy, ensure compliance with teller procedures and risk management requirements, and complete required reports.

Key Requirements
