Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the candidate journey from screening to offer-taking, scheduling 30-minute intro calls, following up, and matching nurses to the right opportunities based on skills and personal circumstances
  • •Assess and filter candidates with clarity and empathy to ensure only the best move forward
  • •Translate each nurse’s story into compelling resumes and present candidates to hospitals
  • •Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding support to ensure a seamless, supportive experience for each nurse
  • •Build deep, human-centered relationships with candidates, understanding not just skills but context, families, fears, and goals
