Job Summary

Support all Sephora sales-floor departments in Nanaimo by ensuring Beauty Advisors execute the selling model and deliver outstanding client service. Monitor store sales performance and align teams with goals while maintaining merchandising standards, including floor visuals and updates. Regularly serve as Manager on Duty, coach and engage with clients on-stage, help plan staffing/zoning for client needs, and participate in interviewing as needed.

•Ensure Beauty Advisors execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
•Monitor store sales performance and opportunities, aligning department teams with goals.
•Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor look and feel remains at company level.
•Act as Manager on Duty by engaging with cast and clients on-stage when possible.
•Adjust staffing levels and proper zoning on stage to support client needs; participate in interviewing as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 22.85 - 28.55 hourly

Key Requirements

•1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store (or equivalent internal experience).
•Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
•Demonstrated strong client service skills.
•Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving skills.
