Job Summary

Lead engineers in the Mobile Platform team responsible for the mobile app’s architecture, shared capabilities/libraries, and build and analytics infrastructure. Drive quality and performance across the SDLC while partnering with principal engineers and the broader mobile community to execute the mobile technical strategy. Communicate with technical and business stakeholders to align product teams, deliver complex strategic projects, and elevate how the app is built, distributed, and observed.

•Report into the Head of Engineering of Mobile.
•Manage engineers in the Mobile Platform team, motivating the team and setting the bar for performance and quality across the SDLC.
•Deliver complex, high-profile strategic mobile projects at scale using a balance of technical acumen and project management.
•Collaborate with the Principal Engineer in Mobile and the mobile community to execute the technical strategy for the mobile app and improve how it is built, distributed, and observed.
•Communicate with technical and business stakeholders to align product teams and manage expectations throughout development.
