•Drive the expansion of agency networks and Go-to-Market strategies to unlock new distribution channels.
•Lead and inspire the Bancassurance channel to boost sales through innovative bank-customer investment consultancy models.
•Establish seamless communication and alignment with financial teams to design, refine, and optimize sustainable business models.
•Monitor market dynamics and competitor landscapes within retail and affluent banking segments to transform these insights into strategic growth opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a related field; a background in management consulting with a solid focus on the banking and financial services sector is highly preferred

•Deep knowledge or strong familiarity with Bancassurance, Affluent Banking, Retail Banking, and customer segment management
•Practical experience in managing Sales Development (SD) and Product Development (PD) processes
