Key Responsibilities

•Define the Platform Vision: Own the roadmap and strategic direction for key infrastructure components, ensuring alignment with Auth0’s broader platform strategy and vision.
•Enhance Cloud Infrastructure & Resilience: Champion cloud architecture initiatives, including Geo HA failover, AWS PrivateLink, and service-only failovers to guarantee four nines reliability.
•Scale AI Agent Identity & MCP: Lead infrastructure strategy for MCP enablement, defining how autonomous LLMs and AI agents securely authenticate and invoke APIs.
•Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver robust infrastructure features and bridge technical challenges with customer value.
•Master Rate Limiting & Scale: Design intelligent, multi-dimensional rate-limiting to protect platform stability while supporting large bursts and AI agent identities.

Salary: CAD 146,000 - 200,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience: 5+ years of product management, with significant backend/infrastructure/platform product experience at an enterprise SaaS company.
•Domain expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
•Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic workflows, and secure M2M/agent-to-tool communications (token exchange, delegated authorization, OAuth 2.1).
•Technical fluency with data streaming (Kafka, Kinesis), API gateways, intelligent rate-limiting algorithms, and high-availability database failovers.
•Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to metrics and SLAs; strong customer-focused communication and leadership.
