Key Responsibilities

  • •Set technical direction for a portfolio of AI/ML GTM decision systems spanning Sales and Marketing.
  • •Develop pipeline forecasting methods for stage progression, conversion, and deal timing.
  • •Build account, lead, opportunity, and customer propensity/risk/potential models to predict likely next outcomes.

Salary: USD 184,000 - 264,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • •5+ years building production-grade statistical or machine learning systems with meaningful business impact.
  • •Set technical direction across ambiguous, cross-functional, or multi-team problem spaces.
  • •Deep expertise in areas such as causal inference, experimentation, forecasting, propensity modeling, uplift modeling, ranking, or recommendation systems.
  • •Strong Python and SQL skills, plus experience with large-scale data platforms and deploying/monitoring models in production.
