Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee civil design services throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
  • •Oversee technical delivery by managing quality assurance/quality control of civil designs, drawings, and deliverables.

  • •Provide input to man-hour estimates, cost tracking, and proposal development while maintaining client-centric mindset.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or equivalent; master’s or PhD may be preferred.
  • •15+ years’ experience applying local and international standards, particularly the Australian Code.
  • •Professional chartership/registration within the relevant jurisdiction.
  • •Experience leading large teams delivering sustainable outcomes and guiding the work of others across complex, multiple projects.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Digital Engineering/BIM coordination, constructability and/or project controls; strong risk management and safety in design practices.
