Job Summary

Build and manage full-client relationships using a plan-based approach to financial advice. Assess client needs, gather and document information, and provide customized financial wellness recommendations through investment and insurance solutions for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Develop a referral pipeline across internal and external centers of influence, partner with branch and line-of-business teams, and support branch operations while maintaining compliance and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide client solutions by assessing financial wellness opportunities and delivering customized recommendations through investment and insurance referrals.
•Build and document a client referral pipeline using internal and external centers of influence while prospecting with a disciplined approach.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services, including competitive offerings, to support meaningful client conversations.
•Open and service personal and business accounts and provide support for client transactions as needed from the Teller line.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and document client interactions appropriately.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.52 - 37.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Ability to build rapport quickly and strong interpersonal interaction skills (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
