Collection Officer (Mashreq Global Network)

Manage a queue of delinquent accounts to collect arrears and bring customer accounts up to date. Use the Finn1 automated collection system and a mix of phone calls, letters, email, fax, and legal processes to negotiate full payments or repayment plans. Follow up on promises to pay, update contact details, handle complex cases escalated from other collectors, and meet agreed performance targets while supporting and training new joiners.
