Key Responsibilities

  • •Own parts of collaboration installations and handle low-to-medium complexity break/fix incidents during the project lifecycle.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve problems during the project lifecycle and escalate complex issues to relevant third parties.
  • •Support technical configurations, actions, and installations for Cisco Unified Collaboration related technologies.
  • •Assist with documentation of installation and fix SOPs for ops handover and maintain project administration (time capture and stakeholder feedback).
  • •Support deployments and work alongside L3/L4 engineers; conduct basic customer presentations and help activate security certificates per vendor best practice.

Key Requirements

  • •CCNP Collaboration certification required (Voice certification preferred).
  • •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
  • •Moderate experience implementing Collaboration technologies through enterprise deployments.
  • •Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco collaboration components (including endpoints, user accounts, and bulk administration/provisioning).
  • •Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills, including presenting to customers and engaging with clients.
