Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, grow, and protect trusted relationships with corporate and institutional clients from day one.
  • •Partner with specialists across the bank to deliver tailored financial solutions.
  • •Act as the link between HSBC and clients by supporting the team in understanding client needs and goals.
  • •Collaborate across teams, geographies, and functions (including Legal, Credit, and Risk) to deliver for clients.
  • •Create client presentations, reports, and credit papers, support strategic reviews and pitches, and conduct financial analysis and risk assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
  • •Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent).
  • •Be a recent graduate with less than 2 years’ full-time work experience (or due to graduate by July 2027).
  • •Be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • •Be legally permitted to work in mainland China for the full duration of the graduate programme and beyond, without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
