Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build grounded AI capability for sales workflows that supports account executives with trustworthy quoting, automation, decision support, and guardrails.
  • •Architect scalable AI components that integrate with existing enterprise systems through clean, API-based boundaries from experimentation to enterprise deployment.
  • •Analyze large operational datasets (support tickets, telemetry, usage, and deal data) to identify pain and opportunity and drive what to build.
  • •Build observability and telemetry pipelines (monitoring, dashboards, performance traces) to track production behavior, latency, correctness, usage, and drift.
  • •Own AI systems across the production lifecycle, including evaluation harnesses, governance, performance optimization, and enterprise-ready deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong engineering fundamentals with production AI/ML experience.
  • •Deep Python and modern AI frameworks, including generative AI, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and RAG/grounded systems.
  • •Experience with grounding and evaluation to keep AI honest via a source of truth, guardrails, and honest failure modes.
  • •API-based architecture and data engineering skills with clean integration boundaries into enterprise systems.
  • •Strong data, analytics, observability, and production operations experience (SQL/log/telemetry analysis, MLOps, CI/CD, production monitoring).
