Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal and strategic guidance to clients on immigration compliance service delivery.
  • •Monitor and control Remote products and services to ensure immigration compliance.
  • •Submit visa/work permit applications, maintain immigration law awareness, and manage internal documentation for ongoing compliance.
  • •Handle escalations and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions when senior-level review is required.
  • •Support business travel and sponsorship cases, using case management and billing systems to control case status and improve processes through automation and documentation.
