Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee processing and quality checking of dealing transactions through internal systems to regulatory and client standards.
  • •Lead day-to-day document management workflow, ensuring investors’ instructions are scanned into the workflow system accurately and timely.
  • •Investigate and resolve enquiries and exceptions, coordinating with internal departments and external banks/brokerage firms.
  • •Prepare financial reports in conformity with professional and regulatory requirements.
  • •Organize team work: distribute workflow, assign tasks, set priorities, monitor completion, and support performance management and career development.

Key Requirements

  • •A college or university degree and/or relevant work experience is required.
