Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in optimizing and revamping the Human Moderation queue, supporting task allocation, priority management, processing efficiency, and moderator experience improvements
  • •Build and refine metric frameworks for review efficiency, review quality, and operational collaboration; monitor performance and iterate strategy based on outcomes
  • •Analyze, design, and iterate LIVE Safety product features and workflows to strengthen content safety governance and user trust
  • •Identify risk points and workflow bottlenecks in moderation systems using data analysis, case studies, and business feedback
  • •Partner with engineering, data science, operations, and policy teams to support project execution, rollout coordination, and post-launch review

Key Requirements

  • •Commit to working 4/5 days a week for at least 6 months
  • •Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in computer science, analytics, or related fields
  • •Have a foundational understanding of safety, product management, or product design via coursework, projects, or internships
  • •Possess basic technical proficiency with analytical tools and data-related reasoning from coursework or experience
  • •Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to clarify pipeline design and/or SOP training
