Key Responsibilities

•Assist in optimizing and revamping the Human Moderation queue, supporting task allocation, priority management, processing efficiency, and moderator experience improvements
•Build and refine metric frameworks for review efficiency, review quality, and operational collaboration; monitor performance and iterate strategy based on outcomes
•Analyze, design, and iterate LIVE Safety product features and workflows to strengthen content safety governance and user trust
•Identify risk points and workflow bottlenecks in moderation systems using data analysis, case studies, and business feedback
•Partner with engineering, data science, operations, and policy teams to support project execution, rollout coordination, and post-launch review

Key Requirements

•Commit to working 4/5 days a week for at least 6 months
•Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in computer science, analytics, or related fields
•Have a foundational understanding of safety, product management, or product design via coursework, projects, or internships
•Possess basic technical proficiency with analytical tools and data-related reasoning from coursework or experience
•Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to clarify pipeline design and/or SOP training
