Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and configure Applied E3 Process Control (trace, UVA, models, alarms, data health) and maintain SPACE SPC charts, limits, and automated reactions.
  • •Lead SPC strategy and governance across the SPC lifecycle, including chart setup and health reviews aligned to global SPC standards.
  • •Develop and maintain FDC models/classifiers/traces/limits, govern OCAP logic and ECN-driven changes, and validate UVA to reduce false alarms.
  • •Provide MES/MAM/RMS engineering support for logic, events, data collection, equipment states, and ensure RMS recipe/version consistency supporting SPC and FDC execution.
  • •Monitor key system metrics (OOC rate, false alarms, FDC coverage, reaction compliance/TAT, reliability), run structured RCA, and automate tasks using SQL and Python scripts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Knowledge of SPC concepts including capability indices and OOC vs. OOS, with experience owning E3 models and SPACE SPC frameworks.
  • •Experience with FDC/OCAP management in Assembly & Test (or Frontend facilities), including validating UVA and reducing false alarms.
  • •Hands-on experience with at least one Micron system such as Applied E3 FDC/R2R, SPACE SPC, SECS/GEM, MES/MESCentral, or RMS.
  • •Skills in scripting (SQL, Python) and process/equipment data interpretation, with strong analytical thinking and collaboration.
