Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals through cross-selling and clienteling while supporting daily store operations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Maintain strong fashion and product knowledge, keep the floor and stockroom organized, and support inventory and transaction processes.
