  • •Own the product lifecycle from ideation through commercialization, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams.
  • •Balance creativity, commercial viability, and operational feasibility across footwear, Jibbitz™, and accessories.
  • •Partner with merchandising, planning, and external partners on SKU architecture, pricing inputs, and licensed product compliance.
  • •Serve as day-to-day product point person for Collectibles and provide guidance to junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, product development, or a related area.
