Key Responsibilities

•Present oneself in a professional manner to enhance the guest experience.
•Ensure mise-en-place is correctly prepared prior to service.
•Prepare all food and beverage requests within the time parameters set by the resort while displaying hospitality.
•Demonstrate excellent product knowledge of all F&B items offered and other resort amenities.
•Maintain the design and layout of restaurant and bar equipment to reflect the resort image and standards.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment.
•Strong F&B knowledge is a must and excellent personal/interpersonal skills are essential.
•Ability to build strong relationships with high-profile and diverse clientele.
•Excellent English communication; additional language skills are highly regarded.
•Professional appearance and attitude with a focus on hospitality and team collaboration.
