Job Summary

Partner with the business unit to understand the business line, products, processes, and revenue streams, and support analysis of business and user needs. Use knowledge of Global Payments applications to plan, test, and help implement application enhancements, conversions, and workflow improvements. Liaise between business, operations, and technical teams to resolve system/process issues, recommend automation and efficiency changes, and deliver documentation and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the business unit to develop knowledge of the business plan, products, processes, and revenue streams.
•Plan, test, and help implement new applications, enhancements, and/or conversions.
•Work with users to define project and application requirements and contribute to project plans and target dates.
•Serve as a liaison between business, operations, and technical teams; research and resolve system and process problems.
•Review operational procedures and recommend improvements focused on automation and efficiency, including documentation, training materials, and management reporting/metrics/dashboard creation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on MIS, Finance, or International (or equivalent education/experience).
•3-5 years of experience in banking, systems, or operations across product groups supported by Global Payments (ACH, Funds Transfer, Foreign Exchange, or Trade Services).
•Excellent analytical skills.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Excellent presentation skills.
