Key Responsibilities

  • •Controleren en beheersen van buitenactiviteiten voor het productieproces zodat producten conform kwaliteit beschikbaar komen.
  • •Bewaken en besturen van installaties en apparatuur volgens instructies.
  • •Signaleren, analyseren en bijstellen/verhelpen van processtoringen, eventueel in overleg met de controlekamer.
  • •Assistentie verlenen bij schoonmaak-, onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden (zoals filters wisselen en testen op lekkage).
  • •Naleven en toezien op milieu-, arbo-, veiligheids- en bedrijfsvoorschriften en uitvoeren van monstername voor kwaliteitscontrole.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimaal een afgeronde MBO 3 of 4 opleiding (Vapro B, C, AOT) of de ambitie deze intern te behalen.
  • •Bereidheid om te werken in een 5-ploegen volcontinue rooster (2-2-2).
  • •Sterke focus op persoonlijke ontwikkeling en de bereidheid/ambitie om intern opgeleid te worden.
  • •Gezonde werkinstelling met sterke aandacht voor EHS en veilig werken.
  • •Uitstekend analytisch denkvermogen om te troubleshooten in complexe procesoperaties; kennis van RCA is een pré.
