Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform core machine changeovers to ensure successful production of quality cores, including installing/replacing core components and setting machine parameters.
  • •Set up and visually monitor automatic core machines; sort, clean, gauge, inspect cores to specifications, and place them in tubs.
  • •Maintain quality by adjusting machine settings, performing binder calibration, and reporting machine malfunctions or operating irregularities.
  • •Complete utility functions including 5-S application, preventative maintenance, and area cleaning per cleaning schedules.
  • •Handle materials and recordkeeping tasks, including using a fork truck to deliver core boxes/patterns and supporting keeping mold lines loaded and cleared.

Salary: USD 22.47 - 28.08 hourly

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •No relocation benefit offered; only candidates within a 50-mile radius will be considered (Active Duty Military Service exempt).
