  • •Translate Okta’s enterprise vision into a comprehensive multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the Platform portfolio.
  • •Own core business results and execute high-throughput platform launches while driving global platform resilience and uptime SLAs.
  • •Arbitrate cross-team resource allocations, balancing architectural scaling and technical debt against customer-facing multi-product initiatives.
  • •Lead cross-product convergence across multi-product experiences, Workflows, Universal Directory, Okta Aerial, UI Platform, Licensing & Metering, and Backup & Recovery.
  • •Build, retain, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers, including hiring and performance coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •9–13+ years of progressive Product Management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, developer platforms, or core infrastructure.
  • •3+ years of direct people management experience managing product managers, including senior/principal PMs or Group PMs.
  • •Strong architectural foundation in identity systems, administrative access control (RBAC), usage metering, or AI-assisted enterprise workflows.
  • •Proven track record driving high-throughput launches and owning business/platform outcomes across interconnected product lines.
  • •Demonstrated success mediating complex engineering resource trade-offs and cross-product dependencies.
