Job Summary

Deliver support to at-risk high school students through individualized and small-group remediation, helping drive academic growth using an RTI instructional model. Key Responsibilities

•Modify/adapt K12 curriculum aligned to state content standards for individual student needs.
•Collaborate with general education teachers through individualized and small-group sessions to meet targeted student goals.
•Ensure implementation of the RTI instructional system, including data collection and tier-by-tier progress monitoring.
•Collect and maintain RTI data including eligible student lists and intervention plans.
•Provide training and support to school/district staff on RTI and data collection procedures, and travel up to 20% for professional development and student testing as required.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 40,007 - 60,010 annually

Key Requirements

•Arizona High School Counselor teaching certification required (active state teaching license).
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Ability to clear required background check.
•Ability to work collaboratively to interpret and produce numeric, tabular, and graphic representations of student data to drive instructional decisions.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, and ability to rapidly learn new technologies and teaching platforms.
