Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain the AI agent orchestration layer, including multi-agent dispatch, context management, guardrails, crash recovery, audit trails, and inter-agent communication.
  • •Develop and continuously improve retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, including ingestion from Slack/GitHub/Jira/Confluence, chunking/embedding, hybrid search, reranking, and knowledge graph indexing (LightRAG + Neo4j).
  • •Build backend distributed services and APIs (event-driven/microservices) that power AI workflows and platform integrations, including low-latency AI services for grounded context.
  • •Create developer experiences and web applications so engineers can interact with AI agents, knowledge systems, validation workflows, dashboards, and operational tooling.
  • •Own features end-to-end, including architecture review, coding, deployment, testing/CI/CD, observability, on-call participation, and post-launch reliability improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 178,500 - 306,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with production software development and a strong portfolio of deployed systems.
  • •Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines, including embeddings, vector databases, chunking, retrieval evaluation, hybrid search, and reranking.
  • •Production experience with LLM tool use, multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, context management, and hallucination mitigation.
  • •Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, Java, C#, or Rust) and ability to operate production-scale services.
  • •Experience with reliability engineering for automated/unattended environments (e.g., crash recovery, audit trails, state management, observability).
