Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and delivery of BTS projects from inception to handover, coordinating design activities across multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand, develop, and interpret requirements from concept through detailed design on multi-disciplinary projects.
  • •Collaborate with specialists in areas like Security, Lighting, ICT, VT, BMS, and AV to develop holistic Smart Building solutions.
  • •Develop digital strategies centred around Smart buildings, including integration approaches, technical specifications, and architecture topologies.
  • •Provide clear and visible technical leadership for building technology workstreams, reviewing reports and designs, and mentoring junior colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Smart Building Technology design and project delivery of medium to large building projects.
  • •Ability to develop, review and specify solution architectures that integrate building systems with enterprise IT infrastructure, interoperability, and data exchange considering cybersecurity and operational resilience.
  • •Experience developing systems integration strategies bridging traditional building automation with modern IoT, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
  • •Ability to develop digital strategies centred around Smart buildings, including integration approaches, solution review, technical specifications, and architecture topologies.
  • •Proven ability to engage with clients, working groups, designers, and vendors to develop smart building solutions that meet client and governance criteria.
