Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate accurate volume and value forecasts through the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • •Develop monthly forecasts for the medium- to long-term horizon (typically up to 18 months) and maintain weekly forecasts for the short-term horizon (2-3 months).
  • •Build consensus forecasts using inputs from Sales, Commercial teams, Marketing, market intelligence, and historical sales performance.
  • •Analyze sales trends, POS data, inventory levels, consumption patterns, and market activity to identify risks, opportunities, and forecast gaps.
  • •Monitor and report forecast accuracy/bias and customer service and inventory KPIs, investigate variances, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, including at least 2 years in Demand Planning.
  • •Experience with forecasting and planning systems such as SAP, APO, Manugistics, or similar.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capability.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • •Fluent English communication skills.
