Foreman – Chiller Maintenance

Supervise and carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of water-cooled and air-cooled chillers, including pumps, cooling towers, piping networks, and control systems. Lead a team of HVAC technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and timely maintenance in line with manufacturer recommendations and site HSE requirements. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control faults, coordinate shutdowns/startups, perform compressor overhauls, manage refrigerant recovery and leak testing, and maintain detailed service documentation to minimize downtime.
