You’ll be the sole, dedicated recruiter, shaping sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and evolving interview processes. Expect to attend events, build employer brand, and own the candidate experience end-to-end while growing into broader People Ops responsibilities in a high-growth startup.
