  • •~3–5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally some of that at a startup or high-growth company
  • •Sourced and closed candidates for Engineering and/or GTM roles
  • •Comfortable operating as a solo recruiter
  • •Organized and data-driven and Claude-confident (or Claude-curious)
  • •Wants ownership and scope to grow within the company
