(Senior) Director, Translational Medicine and Diagnostics

Lead the translational medicine function, driving strategy from IND/CTA through clinical proof-of-concept across biologics, oligonucleotides, and small molecules. Own end-to-end translational planning, GCP adherence, and regulatory-authority interactions, including biospecimen CRO oversight. Build biomarker and patient stratification approaches using laboratory and digital biomarkers to generate proof-of-mechanism evidence and enable timely go/no-go decisions. Collaborate across clinical, preclinical, regulatory, and computational teams and help shape AI/ML translational science.
