Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, maintain, and improve automation solutions in Linux environments using Python and/or Shell.
  • •Support production platform services, focusing on reliability, availability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • •Develop and maintain runbooks, operational documentation, and disaster recovery processes.
  • •Work with containers and orchestration (Podman, Kubernetes) and contribute to CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and infrastructure-as-code using Git and Jenkins.
  • •Lead incident response activities (troubleshooting, root cause analysis, postmortems, and service restoration) and participate in on-call support.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or Operations.
  • •Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and supporting automation solutions using Python and/or Shell scripting.
  • •Strong Linux administration experience, preferably in RHEL environments.
  • •Experience supporting containerized and/or orchestrated environments (Docker/Podman, Kubernetes) in Linux-based environments.
  • •Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, microservices, and API-based services, plus monitoring/observability and production support (incident response, troubleshooting, RCA).
