Key Responsibilities

  • •Support onboarding programs for new Sales and Customer Success team members by managing logistics, tracking completion, and maintaining training content
  • •Maintain and organize enablement materials such as playbooks, messaging decks, onboarding guides, and certification tracks
  • •Assist in the creation and delivery of ongoing enablement initiatives such as product training, methodology sessions, and sales skill workshops
  • •Manage scheduling, communications, and follow-up activities for all internal training programs
  • •Maintain and support the enablement platform (e.g., Showpad & Magentrix LMS), ensuring content is current, accessible, and well-organized
