Asphalt Plant Foreperson (Draper, UT, US, 84020)

Oversee daily operations of an asphalt plant by coordinating production activities, scheduling key inputs and plant startup, and communicating daily workload and customer demands. Lead and train assigned personnel while enforcing a strong safety culture, supervising operators and laborers, and supporting QC coordination to ensure quality product. Complete production logs and time sheets, maintain clean job sites and equipment, and perform equipment/operator duties when needed.
