Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate asphalt plant activities, including scheduling liquids, aggregate, and plant startup.
  • •Communicate daily workload and coordinate with customers on daily demands and scheduling.
  • •Complete required daily production logs and time sheets, and maintain time and material records for daily job costing.
  • •Lead crew safety culture, supervise and train personnel, and ensure safe and correct work execution.
  • •Coordinate with QC for quality product and ensure equipment and job sites are clean, maintained, and functioning properly.
