Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive M&A and venture capital strategy, including opportunity identification and prioritization with senior corporate and subsidiary leadership.
  • •Lead sourcing, evaluation, and due diligence for M&A, VC, and partnership opportunities, assessing strategic fit, financial value, and integration requirements.
  • •Manage cross-functional teams through diligence, deal execution, operational assessment, and post-deal integration planning.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with target company executives and scan markets for new business and technology opportunities.
  • •Prepare acquisition proposals, validate financial models, and deliver strategic recommendations and presentations to executives and collaborators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 10+ years of progressive experience in M&A, venture capital, financial modeling, deal structuring, negotiation, and strategy.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading transaction processes, conducting due diligence, and performing independent business and strategic assessments.
  • •Strong analytical, valuation, and financial modeling skills to make sound decisions independently.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • •Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
