Job Summary

Build deep learning and operations research models to optimize global e-commerce supply chain and logistics. Work with e-commerce big data to predict ETA and logistics events, create logistics knowledge graphs, and apply NLP/LLM for address verification and suggestion. Key Responsibilities

•Develop deep learning and operations research models for global e-commerce supply chain and logistics intelligent systems.
•Use e-commerce big data to predict end-to-end ETA and logistics events (e.g., failed delivery, delivered but not received). Build logistics knowledge graphs and model spatio-temporal package trajectories.
•Apply NLP and LLM algorithms for address verification and address suggestion.
•Build time-series forecasting models to predict sales at different granularities and horizons (e.g., warehouse manpower and inventory demand).
•Develop merchant and merchandise algorithm systems, including merchant mining/tiering/outreach, seller growth diagnosis, recommendation systems, and merchandise traffic/conversion prediction tied to pricing and subsidy strategy.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Proficiency in machine learning and statistics, including classification, regression, and clustering with practical experience.
•Strong coding ability in programming languages such as Python/Java.
•Familiarity with at least one ML/DL framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
•Demonstrated initiative, teamwork, communication, and strong data analysis capabilities.
